Use this MEV plastic ductwork quality assurance checklist to confirm compliant installation of extract ventilation systems. Inspect that ductwork and fittings meet specification, installation matches drawings, connections to external brick vents are correct, and fire collars comply. Verify clipping within 500 mm both sides of walls, adequate supports, protection of open ends during install, and correct flexible connections. Capture site details, date, preparer, location, and the system inspected, then complete sign off with the checker name.
