Use this quality assurance checklist to inspect BS 1.2 MEV plastic ductwork installations. Confirm ductwork and fittings comply with specification and drawings, connections to external brick vents are correct, and fire collars meet requirements. Verify ductwork is clipped within 500 mm on both sides of walls, secure and adequately supported, and open ends are protected during installation. Ensure flexible connections are fitted correctly and capture completion sign-off by MBS.
