Use this Independence Report template to document the condition and readiness of a residential timber frame before plaster. The checklist covers site cleanliness, room and door layouts, private frame report completion, and window and door installation standards. Verify level and plumb, correct packing, header gaps, kitchen and gallery sill heights, stiffening boards, and protection rails. Assess pre plaster items including wall plumb, floor levels, sheet flooring nailing, nogging, trimmers, bulkheads, columns, and changes of direction. Include garage and alfresco details, manhole framing, balcony and column framing, and hebel and brick preparations. Record overall comments and outstanding materials or issues.
