Use this frame checklist to verify critical structural items before plastering and handover. Inspect plumb, square and straight framing; lintels, windows and reveals; bracing and structural steel; floor joists and sheet flooring fasteners; and trusses with anti-skid blocks. Confirm trimming and blocking for plaster, manholes, TV mounts, stair handrails, roller door motors and rails. Check top plates, corner blocks and bulkheads are level and secure, and that service ducts and cutouts match plans.
