This RYSE Construction Frame Checklist helps supervisors validate framing quality and site readiness at the framing stage. It covers external checks such as frame overhang, cyclone straps, steel post installation, and window flashings, plus internal checks including door frames, garage door reveals, window alignment and operation, bulkheads, top plates, corner and compression blocks, and bracing per plan. It also verifies structural steel and engineered beams, roof truss installation and anchoring, girder brackets, anti-skid blocks, trimming for plaster and fixtures, correct truss tail set-out, manhole trimming, and tight lintel fit. The checklist confirms room dimensions, cleanliness, waste management, booking of frame inspections, readiness for fascia, gutter and roof works, and documentation with photos and lock numbers for claims.
