This QAQC megohm testing checklist helps document insulation resistance testing for electrical feeders during construction and commissioning. Capture job name and number, location, feeder name and number, equipment from/to, and the megger number. Record conductor details including wire sizes, ground sizes, and types such as THHN, XHHW, DLO, and medium-voltage ratings from 5 kV to 69 kV, along with copper or aluminum selection. Enter megohm values for each phase to ground, phase-to-phase, phase-to-neutral, and neutral-to-ground. Add photos as needed and include foreman or QAQC sign-off to verify safety, quality, and compliance.
