Leap Environmental v3 is a subcontractor site inspection checklist designed for construction projects. It covers site safety, health and safety controls (COSHH, spill kits, noise, dust, fumes, vibration), first aid readiness, fire precautions, and asbestos awareness. Sections also assess electrical safety (110v/240v usage, PAT testing, generator condition), PPE compliance and CSCS cards, machinery, rigs and lifting equipment with records and LOLER certification, workmanship and conduct, and overall site condition. The checklist includes contract management items such as NMPI reporting, written corrections, toolbox talks, attendee sign-offs, and signatures to document compliance and corrective actions.
