Final Audit Form for Water Reticulation
This final audit form for water reticulation helps verify that newly constructed water assets comply with approved design drawings and industry standards prior to handover. Use it to check trenches and reinstatement, confirm no subsidence, and verify installation of valves, fire plugs, indicators and markers. Assess that surface fittings are level, areas are clean, and jointing, bedding, backfill and compaction meet contract requirements. Confirm washout assemblies and as-constructed plans, flush mains and record chlorine residuals if applicable, ensure all valves operate, and note readiness for connections or tappings. Add notes, photos and signatures to complete the audit record.
