Esta plantilla de inspección ayuda a evaluar desvíos de seguridad en obras, en ruta y ante siniestros. Permite registrar fecha y hora del evento, ubicación y nombre de la obra, tipo de evento, datos del operario involucrado, placa y número interno del equipo, y número de siniestro. Incluye secciones para documentar hallazgos con evidencia fotográfica (I a IV), firmas del operario y del inspector, y un apartado de acciones para correcciones y seguimiento. Útil para auditorías de obra civil y control de desvíos viales.
