Use esta plantilla para documentar el mantenimiento de desfibriladores externos automáticos y semiautomáticos. Registre datos del cliente y la instalación, ubicación del equipo y detalles del dispositivo, marca, modelo y número de serie. Incluye limpieza de la vitrina, inspección visual y de señalética, pruebas de encendido, autodiagnóstico, nivel y serie de batería, caducidad y reemplazo de electrodos, disponibilidad pediátrica y uso de simulador. Permite verificar vitrina, columna y llamador, anotar actualizaciones de software y kit de RCP, añadir fotografías y observaciones, definir el resultado y la fecha del próximo mantenimiento, y capturar las firmas del técnico y del responsable.
