This AR044 asbestos work hold point checklist helps supervisors confirm that all prerequisites are met before licensed asbestos removal begins. It covers plan-of-work adequacy, briefings for staff and other contractors, availability of training and equipment certifications, DCU placement and functionality, access and egress routes, mandatory site board items, warning signage, and correct setup of access equipment.
