Verify plan of work matches site conditions; brief staff and other contractors; collect training, medical, equipment and license certificates; position and test the DCU; mark access, transit and waste routes; display required warning signage; set up access equipment with valid PASMA/IPAF/scaffold tags; confirm gas, power and lighting isolations; check RPE and PPE compliance; complete daily inspections; and record NPU anemometer readings.
