This harness inspection checklist helps workers and supervisors assess the condition of full body harnesses before use. Inspect hardware for rust, deformation, burrs, and missing rivets; check webbing for cuts, burns, holes, excessive wear, UV or chemical damage; verify stitching integrity; and ensure labels and tags are present and legible with correct dates and serial details. Record model/manufacturer, ID, and manufacture year, then determine serviceability or remove from service if rejected. Ideal for construction and working at heights programs.
