Use this post-install checklist to capture mandatory photo evidence for external wall insulation projects. Document primer and top coat coverage on all elevations, verify background, apex and skirt ventilation, door undercuts and extractor fans. Record wall thickness, boiler flue integrity, presence of a CO2 alarm, and check lights, guttering and downpipes. Photograph silicone sealing around vents, sills, fittings and fixtures, confirm system completeness, and obtain customer sign-off.
