Use this checklist to capture required photo evidence during mid and post installation of underfloor insulation and ventilation work on park homes. Document pre works conditions, UFI progress, finished areas, and additional works. Verify background ventilation with skirt vents, door undercuts of minimum 7600 mm2, and vents or window trickle vents in habitable rooms. Record extractor fans in all wet rooms and confirm combustion ventilation with core vents where gas fires or log burners are present. Complete final checks for leaks, customer sign off, and DOCC form. Attach clear labeled photos for compliance and quality assurance.
