This subcontractor site audit form supports mechanical and electrical live works on construction sites. It guides auditors through induction and booking in, initial pre-audit checks, housekeeping, welfare, and lighting. It covers RAMS, CPP and plan of work verification, safety requirements, RPE and PPE checks, and equipment tagging.
