This Environmental Health and Safety site inspection checklist helps supervisors and auditors assess compliance and safety conditions on active job sites. It covers documentation and induction checks, RAMS and permit to work verification, competence and training records, daily briefings, and supervision. The checklist reviews work at height equipment, mobile tower controls, MEWP certification, and tool compliance with PUWER and LOLER. It includes electrical safety, noise controls, access and egress, housekeeping, slips and trips, tethering of tools, and cable management. It examines hazardous materials storage, COSHH assessments and MSDS, PPE compliance, signage and demarcation, manual handling practices, dust extraction and respiratory protection, lighting, material stacking, first aid readiness, emergency procedures, welfare facilities, waste segregation, and plant protection. KPI scoring sections and a final sign off are provided to close out issues.
