The checklist guides technicians through key preventive maintenance tasks including checking for water in the transmission, right-angle drive, and hydraulic tank; adjusting the clutch and rotary head chain; inspecting mast sheaves and bushings; verifying hydraulic hoist oil levels and brake function; draining fuel; confirming engine governor operation; and inspecting the feed frame, A-frame, engine mounts, deck areas, hydraulic jacks, and cross members for cracks or distortion.
