This QC7 checklist helps construction and roofing teams verify correct installation of aluminium flashings and terracotta tiles across elevations and scaffold levels. It covers fixing methods including centred fixed drill holes and enlarged holes at remaining fixing points, correct installation of terracotta tile spacer rails, and checks for damage-free tiles and flashings. The form supports defect logging, rectification actions, and reinspection, includes a hold point for full element completion with photo capture, space for additional notes and photos, and final sign-off to confirm due diligence.
