Cavity Flashings Checklist
Use this cavity flashings checklist to verify compliant installation and workmanship around brickwork and framed openings. Record job details (location, village, villa number, conducted on, prepared by), then check that flashings are continuous and installed before brickwork, adequately secured to the framework, with corners and joints sealed. Confirm weep holes are clear of mortar or debris, brick courses are neat and clean, and all required flashings are complete. Capture notes, photos, and sign-off to meet site quality and code requirements.
