Use this comprehensive checklist to assess the health, safety, quality and environmental capability of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers before approval. Review health and safety policy, roles and training, plant and equipment safety, safe work methods for high risk tasks, hazard identification and control, inductions, toolbox talks, drug and alcohol policy, subcontractor selection and verification, incident reporting and investigation, emergency preparedness and first aid, and PPE.
