Contractor Inspection Checklist (HS-FR-09-03)
by Daniel Papal, from the Community
This contractor inspection checklist helps supervisors verify that contractors meet safety and compliance requirements on site. Review inductions and permits, confirm SWMS or risk assessments are in place and followed, and check PPE, housekeeping, electrical testing and tagging, RCD use, and ladder controls. Assess fall risk controls, chemical labeling and SDS availability, licences and competencies, and traffic management arrangements. Ensure emergency protocols are understood and signage, barriers, hoarding, and design certifications are in order before work proceeds.
