This checklist supports facade remediation and HardiePlank VL cladding installation. It covers removing existing cladding to expose SFS or concrete; installing Rockwool Flex/Duo Slab insulation; fitting Y-Wall boards with sealed joints using fire mastic, DAFA tape and primer; EPDM window sealing; setting out top hats, helping hand brackets, rails and channels per drawings; installing Siderise fire barriers by trained operatives; and completing HardiePlank VL cladding per manufacturer guidance. Guidance is included for adding photos, notes, corrective actions, and capturing digital signatures to finalize and share the report.
