Acquisition Survey: Property Condition Assessment

Use this acquisition survey to capture a full property condition assessment before purchase. Inspect external elements including pitched and flat roofs, rainwater goods, walls, windows, doors, and boundaries. Record pathways, lighting, landscaping, and outbuildings. Document internal spaces, fixtures, and finishes across communal areas, staff facilities, single and multi-occupant apartments, and bedrooms. Review mechanical and electrical systems, heating types, hot water, electrical distribution, fire doors, alarms, sprinklers, and security. Log defects, remaining lifespans, urgent repairs, and compliance notes such as HHSRS hazards and Decent Homes status, with photos and measurements.
