Use this stone rainscreen quality assurance checklist to verify each stage of facade installation. Confirm handover documents, gridlines and datums, and Tyvek membrane installation with repairs taped at a minimum 100 mm overlap. Check support grids, fixed and sliding point brackets, and vertical T sections are installed per drawings with stainless steel fixings. Inspect tile clips, stone tile tolerances, and consistent 6 mm spacing (+/- 2 mm). Record panel adhesive application, capture photos, assign corrective actions, and complete installer, contractor, and client sign-offs.
