Use this mango outbound quality review template to inspect mango consignments before dispatch. Assess variety selection and packaging types including loose trays and retail prepacks. Record count sizes and confirm labels for supplier, vendor, SKU, pack date, best before, display until, grower and packer, barcode, and country of origin. Check temperature ranges, tray net weight, brix above 14 percent, and internal color. Evaluate minor defects such as netting, blemish, sunburn, lenticel and wind or tree rub, and major defects including spotting bug, body rot, stem end rot, anthracnose, cuts and unhealed damage, pest damage, and bruising. For prepacks, verify weights and firmness. Conclude with an overall result to meet customer specifications.
