This GlobalG.A.P. Version 5.4 internal inspection checklist helps producers assess compliance across farm base and crop base operations. It covers record keeping, hygiene, worker health and safety, subcontractor oversight, waste and pollution control, conservation, complaints, recall and withdrawal, food defense, logo use, traceability and segregation, mass balance, food safety declaration, and food fraud mitigation. Crop base sections include propagation materials, soil management, fertilizer use and storage, water management, integrated pest management, plant protection products, and equipment. A fruits and vegetables section addresses pre harvest risk assessments, harvest hygiene, post harvest handling, storage, labeling, and environmental monitoring.
