Greenhouse checklist for the first period of carnation cultivation. Covers hygiene around greenhouses, weed and waste control, intact covers and roofing, water storage and drainage. Includes pest and disease checks such as thrips, mites, aphids, caterpillars, and common fungal issues. Tracks general cultivation items including soil moisture, shading, plant uniformity, stress symptoms, work progress, and recommended spraying. Period 1 guidance details EC and pH targets, drip line layout, soil tilth, planting density of thirty six plants per square meter net, staking and netting, root and shoot development, correct pinching, and an early fertigation program applied seven to ten days after planting.
