Use this checklist to inspect seasonal worker accommodation and ensure safe, hygienic living conditions. Assess exterior areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, dining and laundry facilities. Verify smoke alarms, fire equipment, ventilation, electrical safety, and general cleanliness. Capture issues like broken windows, mould, damaged flooring, and insufficient furniture, and document corrective actions to meet housing and compliance standards.
