Use this weekly stack stability inspection checklist to keep warehouse and logistics areas safe and compliant. Inspect pallet and box stacks for correct height and orientation, verify stacks are straight and not overlapping neighboring stacks, and check for visible damage or leaning. Confirm pallet stacks are within allowable height, and assess surrounding conditions including dry, even floors free of cracks and holes. Evaluate pedestrian exposure near stacks and verify controls such as reduced heights, staggered stacks, clear exclusion zones, and barriers or mesh to prevent falls. Capture photos, note locations and bay weights, and record any corrective actions to improve stacking safety and prevent incidents.
