Deze VGM-inspectiechecklist v2.0 is bedoeld voor de uitvoerder in de railinfra. Gebruik dit formulier voor de maandelijkse veiligheidsinspectie op de projectlocatie. Controleer onder meer organisatie en follow-up (toolbox, incidenten), VCA/Arbo-informatie, gebruik en staat van PBM, BHV en brandblusmiddelen, KAM-documenten en V&G-plan. Beoordeel spoorwegveiligheid (NVW/WBI, werkplekbescherming, ZKL), railwegvoertuigen en bevoegdheden, elektrische voorzieningen en aarding. Inspecteer omgang met gevaarlijke stoffen, bouwplaatsinrichting (toegang, afscherming, verlichting, sanitair), keuring en gebruik van machines en hijsmiddelen, en milieuzorg. Noteer positieve punten, verbeterpunten en rond af met paraaf en rapportage aan de KAM-adviseur.
