This Utility 1911 Truck Check is a comprehensive vehicle inspection and maintenance checklist designed for emergency services utility trucks. Inspect crew cab components, seat belts, radios, switches, and wipers; verify fluid levels and pressures including oil, coolant, DEF, and power steering; check engine belts, hoses, batteries, and signs of leaks. Confirm exterior and warning lights, turn signals with side scene activation, backup lights, and compartment doors and lighting. Assess medical readiness by checking the Lifepak 12 and all medical equipment. Perform tire pressure and condition checks, wheel chocks, and chassis inspections for leaks or loose wiring. Capture mileage, hours, readings for volts, oil PSI, water and transmission temperatures, and air pressure. Record engineer comments, list and complete repairs, add dates and signatures, and mark the inspection complete for export.
