It covers crew cab readiness, warning systems, cameras, radios, seat belts, and sensors; engine, power steering, oil, coolant, belts, and batteries; pump module hours, pressures, foam and water levels, panel lights, intakes and discharges, and leak checks; exterior lights, alarms, ladder racks, compartments, and body condition; generator run-up and fluids; tire pressures, wear, lug nuts, and chocks; chassis leaks, wiring, and slack adjusters. Includes sections for repairs, sign-off, dates, and comments to maintain operational readiness.
