This Truck Safety Checklist helps drivers and supervisors verify vehicle readiness before use. Record truck number, assignee, and mileage, then confirm the presence and condition of required safety equipment including SDS binder, PPE (hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, hearing protection), first aid and bloodborne pathogen kits, spill kit, eye wash, and 2.5 lb and 5 lb fire extinguishers with current tags. It also prompts for safety documentation such as PowerSafe training instructions, safety and quality manuals, and substation safety materials. Capture name, signature, and date to document compliance and improve fleet safety.
