This monthly internal health check template supports food safety compliance in distribution operations. Designed for completion by a senior manager with a distribution colleague, it guides reviews of yard and vehicle conditions, vehicle wash areas, van loading zones, smoking shelters, loading bay floors, plug in points, and cage repair or damaged pallet areas.
