Sustainability Self Audit - Central Region

This checklist helps delivery station teams self audit sustainability practices across the Central Region. Verify daily skip status updates, include sustainability tips in start of shift meetings, and include skip checks in Gemba walks. Record weekly leadership meeting discussions, review the previous month Biffa report when available, and report flags via SIM. Check for lonely bins and correct bin and skip signage. Plan engagement activities, confirm all waste streams are being used effectively including wood, metal, pet food, and hazmat, and maintain a visible sustainability corner with current materials. Capture photos and notes as evidence and create actions for any gaps found.
