Supervisor Shift Report for Aviation Operations
by Joe Kastelitz, from the Community
Use this supervisor or duty manager shift report to capture a complete summary of each shift in aviation ground operations. Record shift or site details, station and manpower, safety briefing topics, and any accidents or incidents. Note delays, airline verification, and relevant comments. Track vehicle status, tanker levels, and any fueling or support equipment issues. Verify audits completed during the shift. Close out inventory by confirming all tickets are accounted for, truck sheets balanced, Jet A tankers and tank farm closed out, and equipment meters stamped. This template supports consistent handovers, safety, and compliance.
