This British Airways service standards evaluation checklist helps assess cabin crew performance across every phase of a short-haul flight. Sections include preflight briefing, pre-departure setup, boarding, cabin presentation and announcements, in-flight service for Club Europe and Euro Traveller (including trolley setup, BOB service, and waste handling), lavatory checks, visibility in cabin, top of descent and Flying Start PA, trolley swap for turnaround, disembarkation, and post-flight closeout.
