This free RV inspection checklist helps technicians and detailers document vehicle condition before service. Record site details, preparer, date, customer name, make and model, VIN, and capture photos. Perform a thorough pre-inspection with the customer when possible, noting cleanliness and any constraints. Check for oxidation, swirl marks, gelcoat failure, dents and scratches, rough paint, sticker or molding defects, water or silicone spots, factory defects, and other issues. Collect customer and owner signatures to authorize service, media use, and scope acknowledgments.
