Ce modèle de réclamation inter-usine permet de déclarer une marchandise défectueuse ou abîmée à la réception. Renseignez la date de réception, l’usine concernée (p. ex. St. Johann, Brilon, Gifhorn, Unterradlberg, Gebze, Ramber), le groupe de produits (PerfectSense, stratifiés, MDF, panneaux mélaminés, Eurolight, etc.), le numéro de BL et de commande, puis le motif de la réclamation.
