Traffic Management Quality Assurance Manual (Rev 8)
by Russ Hales, from the Community
This Quality Assurance Manual supports site audits for traffic management and roadworks. It captures job details, site location, personnel and work type, and documents the traffic control in use, including 2‑way or multiphase lights, static or mobile stop/go, lane closures, road closures and diversions, pedestrian management and convoy works. It guides checks on operative certifications (Lantra/SLG), toolbox talks, PPE condition, RA/MS availability, issued paperwork, vehicle checks and overall compliance with drawings, ACOP and Chapter 8. Inspect signage security, clear footways and junctions, equipment condition, environmental assessment and customer feedback. Attach media and collect signatures to complete the audit.
