QUAL 001 UL Inbound Locations

Items include verification of UL quality stamps and commitment letters, document control and review dates, and employee sign off. Compliance checks cover FOD awareness and signage, housekeeping, bonded areas, foot printing, returns from production, and correct Unipart branding. Equipment and infrastructure checks include pump trucks, FLTs with valid LOLER certification and pre use inspections, ladders and steps condition and inspection dates, PAT testing, racking inspections, damage, and clear location signage. Training verification spans manual handling, pump truck, MHE, DSE assessments, and safety knife training.
