This practical checklist supports routine servicing of mobile lighting towers and their trailers. Sections cover engine lubrication, cooling, fuel, air and exhaust, shutdown safeguards, and electrical systems. Inspect light tilt and mounts, stabiliser legs, mast and winch operation, safety devices, chains and shackles, tyre pressures and tread, doors, and overall cleanliness. The trailer service includes lights, plug and wiring, wheel nuts and bearings, hitch and mounting bolts, brakes and fluid, U-bolts, and jockey wheel. Capture before/after photos, record parts used, and obtain technician and customer sign-offs.
