This PGSI E&P v1.02 checklist supports rail electrification and plant works. Record when and by whom an inspection was conducted, location and team details, staffing levels, task and inspection type. Verify SSOW and SWP numbers, correct PPE, suitable lighting, and in-date tools and equipment. Cover T2/T3 possessions, confirm the possession pack is correct and present with the COSS, and review vehicles and accommodation. Log observations across hazards, asset condition, maintenance practices, and good practice. Capture photos, agreed actions, completion status, comments, and obtain recipient and site visitor signatures.
