Pallet and Error Station Weekly Safety Checklist

This weekly housekeeping and safety checklist helps warehouse teams keep pallet and error stations clean and safe. Tasks include sweeping under conveyors and aisles, emptying blue baskets and bins daily, topping up consumables (bubbles, paper, tape), checking aisles for tripping hazards such as strapping and empty boxes, removing empty pallets from pick faces, keeping the error station bench clear of nonessential items, clearing items from the bottom of both lifts, clearing the rogues and damages area, and dusting the bench and sides of the conveyor.
