Use this new truck quality assurance checklist to complete pre delivery verification for heavy vehicles. Select make and model such as Volvo, Mack, or UD and capture chassis and customer details. Confirm park brake safety, torque turntable bolts, wire and test sensor turntable, and complete all required programming and campaigns with relays marked. Check aero kit installation location, remove any temporary battery bridge after PD, verify window tint, and record mod plate details with photos. Document photos of all work and four sides of the vehicle, note any damage, rust or swarf, remove rubbish, and check for active fault codes. Finish with QA sign off and build sheet confirmation before releasing the truck.
