Use this quarterly above-ground fuel service checklist to inspect airport fuel farm operations at KTN. Verify signage and placards, no-smoking notices, ignition sources, and fire extinguishers. Confirm staff follow fueling SOPs and QC. Check liner seams, piping for leaks, grounding and bonding, hose condition and pressure tests. Test emergency shutoffs, deadman controls, and high-level alarms. Assess housekeeping, weeds and debris, and the oil-water separator for leaks or issues. Ensure spill kits are adequate. Capture photos, record notes, and sign off with date and time.
