This interlock inspection checklist is designed for hydrant trucks and tankers used in aviation fueling operations. Use it each shift to confirm all interlocks are present and working before service. Record station, date and time, unit number, and tag or seal details. Verify hydrant coupler, single point or side nozzles, right and left lift deck nozzles, lift deck interlock function, stop wands or wing protectors, emergency brake, bottom loader, and over wing nozzle. Confirm the interlock override switch is safety wired in the proper position. If any fault is found, remove the vehicle from service and schedule repair to maintain safety and compliance.
