Hydrant Renewal After Completion Audit Checklist
by Kurtis Carlyle, from the Community
Use this after-completion audit checklist to verify hydrant renewal work against QUU requirements. Record core job details (date, location, hydrant number, inspector, and who completed the job). Confirm the hydrant depth is within 225–75 mm from finished surface level, that the site is left clean and tidy, and that the hydrant box is set to standard, free of debris, and properly marked. Attach photos documenting maintenance, site condition, and any issues. Note if further works are required and capture additional comments. Complete the audit with a signature to confirm accuracy at the time of inspection.
