Form mencakup area klaim bagasi, baggage service, transfer desk, premium arrival, make up area, hingga delivery bagasi. Item pemeriksaan meliputi ketersediaan dan penampilan staf, fungsi peralatan (FIDS, DCS, HT, timbangan, conveyor), kebersihan dan kerapian, koordinasi dengan Avsec, load master, dan operator bus, pemrosesan bagasi irreg, dokumentasi form dan label, serta kepatuhan waktu breakdown.
